Take charge and being in control (a more stereotypical masculine strait) have propelled human evolution. This trait is also often visible among strong women. But quite a few these women I've talked to also often mention moments when they are tied of having to do everything themselves and want to be lead. This raises two questions: 1) does it mean that women (or maybe anyone), no matter how strong they are, still 'secretly' want/appreciate to be lead, at least sometimes (maybe as a matter of balance or degree) 2) what about men? are they also tired of leading sometime? and what do they do if they are?

If (strong) women indeed often still have "still 'secretly' want/appreciate to be lead, at least sometimes", then maybe the feminist movement, despite its overall correct direction, has gone too far regarding this 'natural tendency'...Or could this tendency still be a lingering legacy from our generation that grows up during this transition? will the younger generation be different/more immune to this?
