Language does not only shapes how one thinks, but is also shaped by its history, surrounding and other factors. So let's stay with the gendered language that assign all nouns a gender. What might have led to its emergence? What does it say if one language assign a particular noun masculine and another feminine? Is it purely traditions or history that no one understand and shouldn't question. What about the new words and vocabularies emerged in recent decade?
